Our Vision is to create a self-sustaining generation of youth by helping to build every young person into realizing their full potential and providing the platform for everyone to have equal access. YOUNETPO’s mission is to promote youth education and empowerment through youth skills and capacity building trainings, volunteerism and advocacy for all youths as a key factor towards transforming society and creating positive change.

Since 2014, Youth Network for Positive Change (YOUNETPO) has been nurturing and supporting our community’s youth. All of our programs are designed with their best interests in mind.
At Youth Network for Positive Change (YOUNETPO), we provide youth with the skills they need to thrive in society. From our Volunteering Trips to our Educational Workshops, Conferences we have a variety of programs that are available to all.

We care about youth, and provide them with a number of enrichment programs to help shape their identity. Mr. Leo E. Tiah
Mr. Leo E. Tiah is the Executive Director/Founder of Youth Network for Positive Change. He is a passionate young leader who has devoted his entire youth life to serving young people. He Holds a Diploma in General Electricity from the Booker Washington Institute/BWI. He has served in various youth leadership role ranging from: President/Tiger Sports Association, Board Chairman; PathWay Multipurpose Investment Company and Chairman; United Students Movement/Margibi County and has been a member of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI Network) since 2014. He has earned other professional certificates and has attended a host of youth conference in and around Liberia.

Mrs. Cytirus K. Kerbay
Mrs. Kerbay holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH), From the Cuttington University College Graduate School Monrovia, Liberia, and Bachelor of Science Degree Nursing (BSN) from Stella Maris Polytechnic; Mother Pattern College of health Science Monrovia, Liberia. Mrs Kerbay holds many professional certificates including Certificate Of Achievement from the Columbia University Mailinan School of Public Health in Columbia, Stay Safe Security Managers Course; International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies(IFRC)Strategies for Effective Team Building, Project Planning and Management;Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA), Psychosocial Support and Violence prevention, Epidemic Prevention and Control Technology International Business Officials AIBO Beijing City People’s Republic of China,(CBHFA) Community Based Health First Aide, and Nursing Leadership development; Indiana University School of Nursing, John F. Kennedy Memorial Compound.
Mrs. Kerbay is currently the Drop inCenter (DIC) coordinator at Population Service international (PSI) Liberia. She is also a current Lecturer at the David Barshall University Paynesville Liberia, a Lecturer at the Monrovia Bible College Mabel Macom school of Nursing Monrovia Liberia, master trainer for Ministry of Health(MOH) Trained health workers. Mrs. Kerbay has worked in the following capacities ranging from: Administrative Manager at Wonyea Farm Bentol City, Montserrado County Republic of Liberia, Project Manager; Management capacity building and payment to social Mobilization actors for polio vaccinations; Helping Hand Liberia INC (HHL) and Ebola Recovery Coordinator, Liberia National Red Cross Society/LNRCS.
